A licensed builder and Member of the Australian Institute of Building (AiB), Darren has held a diverse range of management roles over the last 35 years incorporating the residential, multi-residential and commercial construction sectors.
Known for his direct and supportive leadership style, Darren encourages all our staff to constantly expand their knowledge, enabling each individual to grow and develop in their respective roles.
At a whole-company level, Darren works constantly to improve the team environment as well as the company and its operations to ensure that each client receives the exceptional customer service EVO Contracting has built its reputation upon.

Shaun Bartlett
An experienced industry professional with over 30 years’ experience. Shaun brings a wealth of knowledge to support Evo Contacting’s project teams in his role as Commercial Manager. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed various complex projects across a broad range of sectors, including multi-residential, commercial and industrial builds.
Shaun’s technical understanding of the industry allows him to effectively establish excellent working relationships with clients and project stakeholders to generate and deliver innovative solutions.

Holding more than 30 years’ experience in site management and foreman duties, Llyod has worked across various sectors of the construction industry including, multi-residential, commercial, retail & infrastructure projects.
Lloyds broad experience in managing complex and challenging projects, coupled with his unwavering commitment to excellence, ensures that he and his team consistently deliver exceptional results, whilst providing invaluable communications and support to all project stakeholders, both internally and externally. He is quick to establish excellent working relationships with our clients, consultants, and trades, making him an asset to any project.

Rob Grime
Rob brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, specialising in carpentry, ceilings and partitions, and external cladding. Having come through the trade, Rob brings a strong practical understanding of on-site construction, enabling him to effectively bridge the gap between design, management, and delivery.
This background allows Rob to manage projects with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and clear communication. He is committed to delivering works safely, on time, and to a high standard, while leading teams, coordinating trades, and working closely with clients and consultants to achieve practical, well-executed outcomes on every project.
